This role is crucial to the thriving environment of our retail stores. Customer Service Associates engage directly with wholesale and retail customers to address their needs, answer inquiries about Sherwin-Williams products, and recommend suitable solutions. Our associates are dedicated to promptly resolving customer concerns to ensure the highest level of client satisfaction. Staying informed about product features and maintaining the store's quality and visual standards are also vital responsibilities.

As a Customer Service Associate, you will contribute to achieving exceptional customer service while consistently meeting the store's sales goals.

This position will involve direct contact with customers, including minors, and will grant access to cash, electronic payment methods, and store merchandise. Such access may occur under supervision.

The selected candidate will be expected to work at Store #701314, located at: 200 Countryside Plaza, Mt Pleasant, PA 15666.

    Key Responsibilities:

    • Ensure high customer satisfaction through exceptional sales service.
    • Assist customers in person and over the phone by determining their needs and presenting suitable products and services.
    • Build strong, trustful relationships with wholesale and retail customers.
    • Accurately process sales transactions in line with company policies and procedures.
    • Meet and strive to exceed sales goals on a monthly, quarterly, and yearly basis.
    • Maintain precise work order files and formulas.
    • Retrieve appropriate products from sales floor or warehouse.
    • Tint and mix products to meet customer specifications.
    • Maintain stock levels and visually appealing displays in assigned areas.
    • Load/unload delivery trucks and assist in deliveries as needed.
    • Remain knowledgeable about products and available options.
    • Comply with inventory control procedures and suggest improvements to sales strategies.

    Minimum Qualifications:

    • Must be at least eighteen (18) years old.
    • Must be legally authorized to work in the country without requiring sponsorship.
    • Must possess a valid and unrestricted Driver's License.
    • Ability to lift and carry up to 50 lbs frequently and 70 lbs occasionally, with or without reasonable accommodation.
    • Willingness to work scheduled hours, including evenings and weekends, with or without reasonable accommodation.

    Preferred Qualifications:

    • High School diploma or GED.
    • At least one (1) year of experience in a delivery, retail, or customer service role.
    • Prior experience selling paint and related products.
    • Experience operating tinting and mixing equipment.
    • Multilingual capabilities are a plus, particularly in Spanish.
