What You'll Do:

As the Nursing Assistant Director, you will partner closely with the Director of Nursing to set and achieve clinical program goals, aligning them with our mission. Your leadership will enhance our standards of care, contribute to resident well-being, and strengthen our facility's culture.

Your key responsibilities will include:

• Overseeing nursing operations, including staffing, training, and quality assurance.
• Leading, mentoring, and inspiring a talented team of nurses and healthcare professionals.
• Supporting the development and implementation of comprehensive care plans and protocols.
• Collaborating with the interdisciplinary team to optimize care for our residents.
• Serving as the operational liaison between nursing units and the Director of Nursing.

What You'll Bring:

Qualifications of a Nursing Assistant Director include:

• A valid state RN nursing license.
• An advanced degree or certification is preferred.
• A commitment to resident-centered care and excellence in healthcare delivery.
• A visionary mindset, with a strong focus on innovation and quality improvement.
• A compassionate and empathetic approach to patient care, particularly regarding the elderly and chronically ill.
• Strong clinical, leadership, organizational, and decision-making skills.
• Experience in a nursing leadership role within a Long-Term Care or similar healthcare setting is preferred.
