Your Role:

As a Weekend Nursing Supervisor, you will lead a dedicated team to ensure the highest quality of care for our residents. Your shift will be from 7 PM to 7 AM, where you will oversee operations, safety measures, and compliance with nursing regulations.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide supervision and guidance to nursing staff to deliver exceptional care
  • Manage daily operations, including staffing and resource allocation
  • Collaborate with the interdisciplinary team to develop and implement comprehensive care plans
  • Conduct assessments and audits to uphold quality standards
  • Offer mentorship and support to nursing personnel
  • Ensure strict adherence to regulatory standards and protocols

What You'll Bring:

  • Valid state nursing license
  • Advanced degree or certification is preferred
  • Experience in a supervisory or leadership role within Long-Term Care is preferred
  • A compassionate and empathetic approach to patient care
  • A strong interest in the needs of the elderly and chronically ill
  • Excellent clinical, leadership, organizational, and decision-making skills
  • Strong communication and interpersonal abilities
  • A proven ability to thrive in a dynamic, fast-paced environment
