We have 2 locations in the Culver City area, are AAA Certified for Automobile Repair, and have a collision/paint dept., separate from the service dept.

The Service Writer position entails:
· Create and sell work estimates (with Mitchell Manager), order/return parts, test drive cars, data entry. Requires prior Service Writer experience of 3 yr min., 5+ yrs .
· Communicate professionally with clients regarding their vehicle's service needs, job cost/status, etc. Bilingual in Spanish/English
· Manage confidently the team of techs, including overseeing their repair recommendations & quality control. Requires prior mechanical repair experience with various makes. Bilingual in Spanish/English.
