As a Customer Service Associate, you will be responsible for:
- Delivering exceptional customer service that exceeds expectations.
- Assisting customers in person and over the phone by accurately assessing their needs and recommending appropriate products and services.
- Building and maintaining trust-based relationships with wholesale and retail clientele.
- Processing sales transactions in accordance with company policies.
- Aiming to consistently meet and exceed sales targets.
- Maintaining organized work order files and product formulas.
- Managing inventory by pulling products from the sales floor or warehouse as needed.
- Tinting and mixing products according to customer specifications.
- Keeping store displays attractive and shelves stocked.
- Cleaning equipment to uphold store standards.
- Loading and unloading delivery trucks as required.
- Assisting with deliveries when necessary.
- Ensuring assigned areas are presentable and fully stocked.
- Staying knowledgeable about our range of products and their features.
- Following inventory control protocols diligently.
- Suggesting innovative ideas for improving sales performance.
We require that you:
- Be at least eighteen (18) years of age.
- Legally authorized to work in the country without needing future sponsorship.
- Possess a valid and unrestricted Driver's License.
- Be able to lift and carry materials up to 50 lbs. frequently and up to 70 lbs. on occasion, with or without reasonable accommodation.
- Be available to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends.
Preferred qualifications include:
- A High School diploma or GED.
- At least one year of experience in a retail or customer service role.
- Experience selling paint and related products.
- Familiarity with tinting and mixing equipment.
- Proficiency in multiple languages, particularly Spanish.
