Job Description :
The DOP (or designee) is responsible for ensuring that licensed staff members maintain an active New York State registration. The DOP is responsible for insuring that a copy of the individual's license and current registration, as well as a printout of the primary on-line source verification regarding active registration, is on file in the employee's personnel folder at the beginning of the employment and on an ongoing basis prior to expiration. The DOP will ensure that the license and registration are posted in accordance with the regulations of the New York State Board of Pharmacy. It is the responsibility of the employee to register and to advise the Director when registraton is complete. Responsibilities Assists the Chief Pharmacy Officer in setting objectives and priorities and determining strategies to accomplish department objectives of providing quality services to patients and staff.
