This position is responsible for planning and performing engineering duties as assigned, working independently. Reviewing, modifying and approving project specifications of the most complex nature to ensure their conformance to applicable codes and standards and generally accepted industry practices. Job Description. Key Accountabilities: Provide proactive engineering for the nuclear power plant rotating equipment to improve overall plant reliability. The rotating equipment includes pumps, motors, turbines, generators, and exciters. Ensure that rotating equipment performance is monitored and analyzed and that issues are proactively identified and resolved. Support Plant Operations and Maintenance on any rotating equipment questions or concerns.
