: Job Details :

1 Enforce rules, regulations, and policies as outlined in the Hanger Lodge Handbook . Responsible for the scheduling and supervision of Hanger Lodge staff. Monitor time sheets. Conduct regular staff and resident meetings . Maintain daily service statistics . Oversee volunteers and community service workers 5 Properly maintain the cleanliness of the building, monitor chore assignments for all residents. Submit work orders when necessary for additional supplies and repairs . Provide timely input to Lead Case Worker about activities and or concerns related to residents . Attend community and coordinating agency meetings 8 Participate in community activities to promote shelter programs 9 Provide activities for residents such as birthday parties, movie nights, etc .0 Oversee menus for resident meals and special events.
