Im seeking a responsible, kid-friendly mothers helper for my 12-year-old daughter 3 days a week after school (about 3 hours/day). Shes independent and bright, needing light supervision to stay on task with homework (no tutoring required). Duties include tidying common areas, folding laundry, helping keep her room organized, and preparing snacks. Occasional school pickup may be needed with extra pay. We have two friendly dogs, so comfort with pets is important. I work from home and need someone proactive, reliable, and great with kids to support a calm, structured after-school routine. Prior childcare experience preferred. Background check and drug test required.
