My 7-year-old has severe autism, is nonverbal, and needs someone experienced with special needs, diapering, and handling tantrums. My 5-year-old is social, potty trained, and loves dressing up. I'm self-employed with a flexible schedule and mainly need after-school help. Light housework or simple kid meals are a plus. Patience, energy, and experience with autism are most important.
