Join Our Team as a Maintenance Specialist! KidsPeace is seeking a dedicated Maintenance Specialist to join our team at the Graham Lake Campus in Ellsworth, Maine. In this vital role, you ll be responsible for creating, maintaining, and supervising a safe, functional, and aesthetically pleasing physical environment for our facilities. Key Responsibilities: Perform general maintenance and repairs on all facility buildings. Execute the Preventative Maintenance Program for equipment and utility systems. Ensure all agency vehicles are safe and in good working condition. Maintain facility grounds, roads, signage, and play areas, ensuring they are free from hazards. Track and maintain data, file reports as needed, and participate in required training sessions. Qualifications: High School Diploma required. At least two years of relevant experience preferred. General knowledge of Microsoft Office Programs preferred. Driver s license required.
