Regional Maintenance Director

Include coordinating and planning all maintenance activities, analyzing reliability issues, equipment needs, and predictive or preventative maintenance programs, checking a building's hydraulic or electrical systems, and overseeing or planning repair, installation, and upkeep activities at a facility. The Regional Maintenance Director will also create and maintain relationships with vendors and contractors, inspect the elements of the facility to determine if repairs are necessary, check the systems for functionality, and ensure compliance with all safety and health policies.
