You will be the Senior Manufacturing Engineer. What You Will Be Doing. As the Senior Manufacturing Engineer, you will be responsible for - developing and implementing Manufacturing Process Plans for a variety of electronic, cables & harness and electromechanical assemblies, including material and process specifications. - Utilizing basic drafting and software programs to develop process plans, tooling, support equipment, process flows.- Provide technical guidance and support to manufacturing operators to facilitate assembly performance.- Apply lean manufacturing principles to reduce cost and increase yields.- Must have good communication skills and be able to work effectively in a team environment. - Investigate root cause of failures/defects and implement corrective action to support continuous improvement.
