Direct the account process improvement activities from complex problem identification through data gathering, evaluation, gaining consensus, and implementation into business practice. - Track performance measurement, reporting, and campaign optimization. This includes performance vs. KPI, ROI, and consumer trends. - Prepare and present results of data review and reports along with their relative impact to the business to executive management. - Evaluate and Enhance Account processes and operations, create and utilize data visualization tools, automate processes and support account functions in optimizing the delivery of services Provide formal supervision to employees. Monitor the training and development of staff. Conduct performance evaluations and coaching. Oversee the recruiting and hiring of new employees. Coordinate and manage the team's daily activities.
