We are currently seeking a dedicated Service Account Coordinator to join our Dallas team. In this role, you will serve as the primary point of contact for assigned client accounts, ensuring timely delivery of services, resolving issues, and maintaining strong client relationships. Responsibilities
Act as the main liaison between clients and internal teams
Coordinate and manage service requests, ensuring timely resolution

Maintain and update client records and reports

Assist in contract renewals and service agreements
Provide administrative and operational support to the account management team

2+ years of experience in account coordination, customer service, or a similar role
