Job Summary Our client is seeking Follow Up Representatives to manage hospital insurance follow-up accounts. This remote contract position is expected to run through the end of October, with the possibility of extension. The representatives will work with the Cerner Soarian EMR system to ensure smooth operations and provide initial training before the go-live date. Key Responsibilities
- Managing first-round appeals using existing templates.
- Following up on unpaid, underpaid, or unclassified claims.
- Handling claims for both government and commercial payers.
- Meeting internal metrics: managing 50 accounts per day.
- Ensuring a minimum of 5 accounts are addressed per hour with a quality score of 95%.
Skills - Proficiency with EMR systems, particularly Cerner Soarian.
- Strong communication and teamwork skills.
Additional Requirements Background check will be conducted as a compliance measure for this role.
