Job Responsibilities: As a Recruiter, you will Drive Recruitment - Maintain full-cyclerecruitment process, from sourcing and screening to interviews and onboarding. Manage Listings - Maintain and update internal and external jobpostings across platforms. Engage Candidates - Represent Cedar Community at job fairs andnetworking events, and provide candidates with insights into our culture,benefits, and career opportunities. Onboard with Impact - Deliver engaging and informative new hireorientation presentations. Qualifications: High school diplomaor equivalent. Currently pursuingeducation or has a strong interest in Human Resources or related field. 2-4 years ofexperience in healthcare recruiting preferred. Proficiency with HRISand other HR platforms.
