Your Role as a Leader in Occupational Therapy

Embark on your impactful journey with Encompass Health by:

• Assisting the Director of Therapy Operations with daily therapy team operations including scheduling, training, orientation, and effective communication with OT staff and hospital departments.
• Providing direct patient care while forming meaningful relationships that cater to each patient's physical, mental, and emotional recovery needs.
• Celebrating each patient's progress and milestones along their rehabilitation journey.

Qualifications

• Current licensure or certification as per state regulations.
• CPR certification required or must be obtained within 30 days of hire.
• Bachelor's or Master's degree from an accredited therapy program.
• A minimum of three years of experience in occupational therapy or leadership, with at least two years of clinical experience.
• Preferred: Participation in Therapy Clinical Ladder (when eligible) or possession of specialty professional certifications.
