We're on the hunt for a Recruiter who's not just great at finding talent-but also passionate about creating an unforgettable candidate experience. You'll manage full-cycle recruiting for our Contact Center, build smart sourcing strategies, and use your judgment, creativity, and data skills to help us grow with the right people. What You'll Do
- Own the full recruiting process-from sourcing to offer-for multiple roles
- Analyze hiring data to improve outcomes and keep our pipeline strong
- Collaborate with hiring managers to understand needs and exceed expectations
- Keep our ATS sharp, our job ads fresh, and our employer brand shining
- Create engaging content for our Careers site, Indeed, and Glassdoor
- Help shape a candidate experience that reflects who we are: open, kind, and a little quirky
What You'll Bring
- Ideally, 2+ years of full-cycle recruiting experience
- A Bachelor's degree in Business, Communications, or a related field
- Strong analytical skills and sound judgment
