Position Type: Secretarial/Clerical/Secretary Date Posted: 8/4/2025 Location: District Date Available: Immediately Closing Date: Open Until Filled This position involves working with students in both a Secretary and Health Clerk capacity. Health Clerk responsibilities will include, but are not limited to: working under the supervision of a school nurse/building administrator in addressing student health issues, providing timely communication and correspondence (written and verbal) with parents, verifying student medical records and data entry. This Secretary coordinates safety related items on behalf of the district and other secretarial responsibilities will include, but are not limited to: performing duties of clerical nature and operation of office equipment. Essential functions of the position include regular, dependable attendance on the job, ability to perform the identified tasks, work duties and physical requirements.
