Your Leadership Role in Physical Therapy:

As a vital team leader, your responsibilities will include:

• Assisting the Director of Therapy Operations with daily team activities, including scheduling, training, and communication with staff.
• Providing direct patient care while fostering meaningful connections by addressing their physical and emotional needs.
• Celebrating patient successes and milestones throughout their recovery journey.

Qualifications:

• Current licensure or certification as required by state regulations.
• CPR certification is required; must be obtained within 30 days of hire.
• A Bachelor's or Master's degree from an accredited therapy program.
• A minimum of three years of experience in physical therapy or leadership, with two years of clinical experience.
• Preferred: Active involvement in the Therapy Clinical Ladder or possession of specialty certifications.
