As an integral partner in managing recruiting activities and building candidate relationships, you will often provide candidates with their first impression of the company. This role requires an organizational guru who can work effectively with internal and external clients and candidates, possesses great communication skills, has the ability to shift gears at a moment's notice, and enjoys the challenges of helping to build a great organization of talented individuals.
