Leadperson - 11PM
High Concrete Group in Denver, PA is looking for a Production Lead to handle daily planning, directing, training, implementation, and general supervision of the stripping crew. As the Production Lead, you will be accountable to meet production schedules within budgeted allocations, and to meet the above responsibilities while insuring conformance to safety and quality standards. The Production Lead will also maintain a demonstrated ability to perform all the functions of those positions within the department: Stripping Crew.
This is a 3rd shift position, starting at 11:00PM, Sunday-Thursday. You will receive a shift differential of $3.00 per hour for any hours worked between 5 pm and 5 am.
The successful candidate will possess the following qualifications:
- Concrete and/or construction experience, required
- 1-3 years precast/pre-stress industry, required
- Good communication/follow up skills
- Ability to work as part of a team
- Ability to manage/lead a team while maintaining company policies
- Ability to manage multiple projects/tasks on a daily basis
- Valid Driver's License
General Duties:
- Training and development of coworkers
- Ability to plan and coordinate tasks to maximize production efficiency
- Ability to direct a crew of co-workers to achieve required quality and production schedules
- Ability to problem solve and take immediate action on safety/quality/productivity issues
- Interacts with all levels of the Organization to achieve company goals
- Meets production metrics related to safety, quality, cost, and material
- Assist Stripping Crew daily responsibilities
