What Youll Do: We are seeking a highly motivated and proactive HR Generalist to join our expanding team at our Cullman, AL facility. In this role, you'll work closely with the Site HR Leader to ensure smooth HR operations and foster a positive workplace culture. The position reports directly to the Site HR Leader. Responsibilities: As an HR Generalist, your key focus areas will include: Talent Acquisition & Onboarding
  • Manage recruitment processes, including job postings, screening, interviews, offers, and pre-employment steps.
  • Collaborate with leaders to assess and prioritize staffing needs weekly.
  • Partner with corporate recruitment to ensure a positive candidate experience and long-term retention.
  • Lead bi-weekly site orientation, oversee benefits enrollment, and support onboarding to ensure employee success.
HR Administration & Employee Support
  • Serve as the primary contact for employee HR inquiries, providing guidance on policies, benefits, and HRIS procedures.
  • Support compliance with employment laws and company policies, including performance reviews, pay practices, and training initiatives.
  • Assist with HR initiatives to enhance engagement, compliance, and performance.
  • Manage employee workers' compensation claims.
Site Engagement, Communications, and Problem Solving
  • Collaborate on initiatives and events to improve workplace culture, including engagement activities and wellness programs.
  • Manage communication strategies to foster a positive and vibrant site culture.
What Youll Bring
  • Bachelors Degree in Human Resources, Business Management, or related field (preferred).
  • 3-5+ years of comprehensive HR experience, preferably supporting manufacturing roles.
  • Strong problem-solving, project management, and influencing skills in a fast-paced environment.
  • Team-oriented attitude with transparency, humility, and a desire to learn.
  • Sound judgment ensuring integrity, compliance, and confidentiality.
  • Proficiency with HR systems such as UKG, ATS like CATS, and Google Suite.
