Job Title: Warehouse Associate Location: Blue Bell, PA Job Type: Full-Time Compensation: $37,000 annually Department: Logistics & Operations Reports To: Logistics ManagerPosition Summary: Ramp Health is seeking a dependable and detail-oriented Warehouse Associate to support our logistics and operations team in Blue Bell, PA. This role is critical in ensuring the accurate and timely handling of inventory, shipping and receiving, and equipment maintenance. The ideal candidate is organized, collaborative, and comfortable working in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment.Key Responsibilities:
- Pick, pack, verify, and ship orders accurately and efficiently
- Receive and process incoming shipments, checking for accuracy and quality
- Organize inventory and maintain well-stocked, orderly storage areas
- Inspect, sanitize, and test medical equipment to ensure cleanliness and proper functionality
- Label boxes and supplies for easy identification and tracking
- Safely dispose of biohazardous waste and general trash according to protocols
- Operate basic warehouse equipment, including hand trucks and dollies
- Maintain cleanliness and safety standards throughout the logistics center
- Communicate effectively with team members and supervisors
- Provide input and feedback to improve warehouse and logistics operations
Requirements & Qualifications:
- High school diploma or GED required
- Previous experience in a warehouse or logistics setting preferred
- Ability to lift and move heavy items, including medical fridges and freezers
- Strong organizational and time management skills
- Basic computer literacy; familiarity with UPS WorldShip a plus
- Reliable, punctual, and positive attitude
- Team player with strong interpersonal skills
- Willingness to learn, adapt, and take initiative in a fast-moving environment
