About The Company Our client is an accounting, tax advisory, and compliance firm catering to high-net-worth individuals. The Bookkeeper will provide diversified administrative and day-to-day financial support for the firm. Responsibilities

• Manage vendor relationships, requests, and payments
• Manage the AP process
• Perform monthly reconciliations of client credit cards
• Assist with year-end reporting of 1099s
• Resolve issues or discrepancies with clients accounts, bill pay, or invoices
• Monitor accounts to ensure payments are up to date
• Respond to client requests and inquiries

Requirements

• Bachelors degree in business, accounting, or finance
• 3-5 years of bookkeeping and AP experience
• Experience with QuickBooks
• Client service mindset
• Conduct work with a high degree of confidentiality

Salary Range $70,000-$100,000 Seniority level

• Seniority level Mid-Senior level
