Qualified candidates will thrive in a hospitality environment and be highly focused on providing superior service. Key responsibilities of the Server include providing immediate attention to all guests upon seating, describing specials of the day to the guests, answering questions regarding any menu item and offering suggestions of menu items when appropriate, taking food and beverage orders from guests and delivering food to guests promptly after preparation, following up with guests to ensure satisfaction, replenishing items as needed, participating in pre-shift meetings and taste tests, maintaining organized workstation and side work duties, being accountable for checks and cash transactions, utilizing Point of Sales System, following established systems for taking, placing, and delivering orders, following established standards for greeting, cocktail service, food delivery and general service techniques, practicing tray service for all food and beverage service, incorporating safe work practices in job performance, and performing other duties as required. Minimum qualifications for the Server include a high school diploma or general education degree (GED); and two years serving experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience. Must be able to meet state age requirements for handling alcohol for this position. Other qualifications include regular and reliable attendance. Equal Opportunity Employer.
