Restoration Technician

As a restoration technician, you are a key team member responsible for the restoration of property. We restore property that has been damaged by water, smoke, fire, debris or other methods of damage while showing respect and courtesy to all customers and employees.

This position is right for you if you are: self-motivated, thrive in fast moving environments, can manage time to effectively meet deadlines, good communication skills with supervisors, employees, and customers, and are able to effectively manage a variety of situations on a day-to-day basis.

Specific Responsibilities

• Become proficient in water restoration, mold remediation, and fire damage clean-up
• Establish and maintain a schedule to ensure all services are delivered in a timely manner
• Respond to water jobs and initiate water mitigation.
• Communicate with customers about scope of work and review necessary paperwork
• Maintain all company restoration and cleaning equipment. Keep them clean, and properly maintained to be available at all times

Job Requirements

• Restoration and construction experience helpful, but not required
• Must be on time daily and ready to work with employees and clients.
• Valid Driver's License
• Willing to have a background check performed
• Able to lift equipment approximately 50 pound, and occasionally move up to 100 pounds with assistance.

Computer literate, with ability to learn and manage business apps. Working knowledge of Fusion/Dash, Xactimate and Symbility/Core Logic. A plus. (Will train systems)

Compensation: $20.00 - $23.00 per hour
