Salary Range: $81,120 to $89,440

Your Role & Responsibilities:

  • Assist in directing nursing units—including policy development, organizational planning, and supervising the delivery of care

  • Develop and sustain robust infection prevention and control programs

  • Collaborate with departments on occupational health and safety matters

  • Ensure timely reporting of notifiable diseases and public health engagement

  • Support and help manage the nursing team while actively participating in patient care functions

  • Represent the department in committee meetings and public relations activities

What You Bring:

  • Bachelor's Degree from an accredited School of Nursing

  • Active RN license in the state of employment

  • Minimum two years of floor nursing experience, with at least one year in geriatric nursing

  • Management experience is preferred

  • CPR certification is required

  • Gerontology Nurse certification is a plus
