Breastfeeding rates exceed TJC top performing, Patient Experience/HCACPS scores – 99th percentile, Employee Engagement – 95th percentile. Magnet Recognized Facility, active shared governance, self-scheduling. They work with other health care staff to deliver patient care effectively. Our Registered Nurses use the nursing process efficiently. They diagnose patient responses to health issues and create care plans accordingly. It includes evaluating healthcare needs and responses.Essential Functions of the RolePrioritize needs. Create, implement, and assess care plan to achieve outcomes. Adapt plan as necessary.Observe indicators closely, support evidence-based changes with research and hands-on learning.Create a caring, safe environment for patients, families, and staff.Build relationships with boundaries in mind.
