Tallavera is currently seeking Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN)s in the Greater Rochester region for an Outpatient/Clinic facility. Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN)candidates are preferred to have 6 months of experience and must have a current NYS Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) license.

Responsibilities of the Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN):

• Room patients and update patient information
• Perform tests such as EKG, take patient vitals, collect samples
• Assist providers in delivering patient care under the supervision of RNs and/or providers
• Explain procedures and treatments to patients
• Aid providers during examinations and treatments
• Observe patient and record significant reactions/conditions

Requirements of the Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN):

• A valid New York State Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) License
• Current CPR, Current Physical, PPD, and MMRs, COVID vaccination
