Job Description & Requirements

• Duration: 40 weeks
• 32 hours per week
• Shift: 8 hours, days
• Employment Type: Local Contract

Requirements:

• Active Washington LPN license
• First Aid/CPR certification
• OSPI fingerprint clearance & background check
• Valid driver's license or reliable transportation
• School-based experience preferred (required for some roles)
• Experience with trach, G-tube, and ventilator care (for select 1:1 positions)
