Woodlands Medical Aesthetics Institute, one of our premier partners, is expanding and looking for a Front Desk Receptionist to join their new state-of-the-art location opening soon in Montgomery, TX. About the Clinic: Woodlands Medical Aesthetics Institute is a physician-owned medical aesthetics institute that blends advanced wellness with aesthetic innovation. Led by board-certified gynecologist Dr. Johnny Peet, our team of skilled providers, including RNs, licensed medical aestheticians, and certified laser technicians, the clinic delivers cutting-edge treatments ranging from BBL HERO®, Halo™, and EMSCULPT®, to injectables like Botox®, Dysport®, DAXXIFY®, and dermal fillers, as well as body contouring, skin tightening, PRP therapies like diVa® and EMSELLA®, and bioidentical hormone optimization. About the Role: The primary responsibilities of this role include scheduling client appointments, warmly greeting clients upon arrival, and maintaining a thorough knowledge of the services offered. The ideal candidate will demonstrate exceptional patient care, possess excellent communication skills, and be well-spoken and articulate. They should be flexible with scheduling, have strong analytical and decision-making abilities, and exude a friendly, outgoing demeanour. Additionally, they must be able to multitask effectively, work well in a team, and be comfortable with basic computer and software applications. Work Schedule: This is a full-time position requiring 38+ hours per week. We believe in maintaining a healthy work-life balance while ensuring business needs are met. Responsibilities:

• Greet and check-in patients, ensuring a warm and professional welcome.
• Collect patient information and enter it into the system.
• Escort patients to exam rooms, ensuring they are comfortable.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of exam rooms between appointments.
• Process patient check-outs and collect required fees.
• Answer phone calls, retrieve voicemail messages, schedule appointments, and direct calls to the appropriate staff.
• Prepare patient charts and handle all administrative tasks efficiently.
• Ensure the waiting area remains comfortable and tidy.

• Knowledge of medical terminology, cosmetic procedures, and skincare products is a plus.
• Minimum of 2 years of experience in a medical office or medical spa setting.
• Experience managing phone systems and scheduling in a medical office environment.
• Excellent communication, organizational, and multitasking abilities.
• Proficiency in computer systems and typing skills.
