- Warmly welcome guests, actively listen to their needs, and respond clearly and courteously.
- Optimize occupancy and rates while following all operational, sales, and cash-handling procedures.
- Stay current on hotel facilities and operations, ensuring effective communication across departments.
- Manage check-ins/outs, room keys, and uphold all safety, security, and emergency protocols.
- Full-time hours available (at least 30 hours per week).
- Must have flexible availability for evening shifts (3-11pm), including holidays and weekends.
- Pay rate is $17 per hour; depending on experience and with slight increase in 90 days based on performance and attendance.

Experience/Education High school diploma or general education degree or equivalent combination of education and experience preferred.
