Toyota Financial Services is seeking a Senior Cloud Operations Engineer to join our Technology Operations Center (TOC). This role is hands-on and focused on ensuring the stability, reliability, and performance of our AWS-hosted platforms. You will lead troubleshooting during outages, provide deep operational support for cloud services, and collaborate closely with engineering teams to improve platform resiliency. What youll be doing. Act as a lead responder during major incidents, coordinating resolution efforts across teams. Provide deep operational support for AWS cloud services (EC 2, S 3, RDS, Lambda, VPC, Route 53, Kubernetes). Lead root cause analysis and drive corrective actions to improve reliability and prevent recurrence. Monitor and optimize cloud systems using tools such as Cloud. Watch and Dynatrace. Develop automation scripts and Infrastructure-as-Code (Terraform, Cloud. Formation, CLI) to reduce manual tasks and improve efficiency.
