Lead and execute electrical design projects for Medium Voltage MC - Cs. Develop detailed electrical drawings, bills of materials, and technical documentation for manufacturing and customer use. Provide hands-on support to production staff, addressing issues quickly with a strong sense of urgency and ownership. Serve as a technical point of contact for customer inquiries, design reviews, and engineering support. Ensure compliance with relevant industry standards (e.g., IEEE, ANSI, UL). Participate in design validation, testing, and continuous improvement efforts. Collaborate with Mechanical Engineering, quality, supply chain, and manufacturing teams to optimize product performance and cost. Drive innovation through R&D initiatives, contributing to new product development and product improvements.
