We need a dynamic leader for our Director of News and Staff Development to guide our Sinclair Content Centers through rapid industry changes and foster a culture of growth, adaptability, and excellence. This role requires someone who can inspire and develop talent, champion innovation in storytelling and technology, and ensure our teams are equipped to meet the demands of a diverse, multiplatform audience. RESPONSIBILITIES Lead and manage a team of talent development professionals supporting more than 60 Content Centers across the country. Anticipate and assess training needs of content centers and their journalists, both on-air and off. Lead training projects and virtual workshops through entire lifecycle. Deliver customized training support to newsrooms upon request. Design relevant and engaging training products for import into LMS with support of Sinclairs Learning and Development team.
