: Job Details :

Be actively engaged in Safety; participate in site Safety programs and ensure operational discipline and compliance with both company and regulatory safety standards and requirements. Provide engineering support to improve manufacturing unit operations process flows, process capability, production yields, overall cost of goods sold, equipment reliability, waste minimization, and EH&S improvements through data-based decision making. Provide day to day support to the manufacturing unit operations teams including the observation and analysis of production runs, root cause investigation of off-standard production runs, and the development of sustainable corrective actions. Maintain and/or identify ways to improve the quality of our products, and adherence to quality standards, through continuous process improvement and operating procedure enhancement.
