Perform duties to oversee property maintenance of grounds, building facilities, and guest rooms to ensure daily cleaning, upkeep, preventative maintenance, small repairs, and tasks to meet Town Pump and brand operational standards.provide shuttle services at some locations, ensure the best possible experience for each guest, within the framework of Town Pumps operating guidelines, display a high degree of work ethic and pride in workmanship.complete all required company and brand specific training and/or certifications in a timely manner, and follow Town Pumps grooming and appearance guidelines, wear uniform and nametag always while on shift.order and install small maintenance items as needed for repair, under the direction of the General Manager or Assistant General Manager, complete tasks and assignments on daily and preventative maintenance checklist.ensure exterior building and grounds are clean and clear by removing trash, and debris, as well as removing weather-related hazards ...Maintenance Engineer, Maintenance, Hotel, Chief, Engineer, General Manager, Property Management, Banking
