This position works under the direction of an RN\LPN or Provider. Administers quality patient care according to established standards. May be required to work in other areas according to skill of staff and acuity of patients. Provides exceptional service to all patients and customers. This position works under the supervision of the Director and is employed by Mosaic Health System. Duties Completes daily Activities of Daily Living to meet patients needs i.e. personal hygiene, dressing patients, linen change. Feeding patients as indicated; Records food and fluid intake and output when appropriate. Takes and records vital signs including pulse oximetry. Transports patients as appropriate. Lifts, turns, repositions and ambulates patients, alone or with assistance. Collects and transports urine, stool and sputum samples for testing when assigned; completes Point of Care testing.
