The Medical Records Technician plays an integral part in the collection and preparation of medical records for coding and reimbursement activities. this position ensures that medical records are maintained in accordance with Hospital rules and regulations, state and Federal guidelines, and JCAHO accrediting standers. All work is carried out in accordance with the Health Information Management department and RBRH approved policies and procedures.
