Job Description :
The Title IX Coordinator and Investigator is responsible for overseeing and ensuring institutional compliance with Title IX of the Education Amendments of 1972 and other federal and state laws and regulations related to sex-based discrimination, harassment, and sexual misconduct. This role includes the coordination, implementation, and monitoring of the district's Title IX compliance efforts and conducting prompt, thorough, and impartial investigations into complaints involving students, faculty, and staff. Education/ Training/ Experience: Minimum: Bachelor's degree and at least 3 years of relevant experience in Title IX compliance, investigations, civil rights, student conduct, human resources, or related field. Preferred: Training in Title IX, trauma-informed practices, civil rights investigations, or related certifications preferred. Bilingual: English-Spanish.
