This position works with the Director of Admissions to create, conduct, and manage The Evergreen State Colleges student recruitment plan and efforts in collaboration with staff and faculty. The incumbent supervises Admission Counselors and provides leadership in the development and implementation of comprehensive strategies for the recruitment of new students to increase the number of applications and enrollees at Evergreen. Nature and Scope This position reports to the Director of Admissions and is responsible for assisting the Director in the development and implementation of comprehensive, innovative, and aggressive recruitment strategies and initiatives. The scope of responsibility includes strengthening college planning and communication with prospective students and their families resulting in increased outreach to and enrollment of students.
