Drilling Field Team Lead – Los Alamos, NM
: Job Details :

(may include, but are not limited to): Oversee drilling activities, including borehole cuttings collection, pipe tally tracking, drilling additive use, and groundwater sampling. Act as the onsite Environmental, Safety & Health (ESH) and Quality Assurance (QA) representative for drilling, well refurbishment, aquifer testing, wellhead completions, and abandonment projects. Review and track subcontractor daily reports, support safety and quality audits, and contribute to lessons learned and event findings to ensure subcontractor compliance. Essential Responsibilities (may include, but are not limited to): Assist in the preparation of key project documents, including the Project Readiness Process Procedure, Project Preparedness Plan, and Field Implementation Plan. Coordinate site access, permitting, and event notifications with the ER Operations support team. Maintain detailed technical logbooks of all field activities.
