The Director of Retail is responsible for the strategic leadership, operational execution, and financial performance of all retail outlets at Horseshoe Bay Resort. This includes three golf shops, the marina retail operation, and the hotel gift shop. General Duties: Serve as a liaison between Front Desk, Concierge, and Bell/ Transportation staff to ensure seamless guest service. Anticipate and address guest needs promptly and efficiently.
