In support of the overall mission of the TCNJ Career Center and reporting to the Director, the Assistant Director, will support TCNJ students and alumni by providing career development services, managing career-related programming, and fostering relationships with academic and external partners. This position is essential in coordinating career services for designated liaison areas, implementing career counseling strategies, and supporting campus-wide initiatives in alignment with Academic Affairs. Main Responsibilities:Provide one-on-one career counseling to students and alumni on major selection, career exploration, job search, and graduate school planning. Administer and interpret career assessments (e.g., MBTI, Strong Interest Inventory, Focus 2) to support students self-awareness and decision-making. Design and deliver workshops, classroom presentations, and digital resources on career development topics to promote student engagement.
