Provide operational and administrative instruction and mentorship in the areas of strategic planning and development, person-centered care, personnel management, quality and safety, administrative decision-making, marketing, and fiscal responsibility. Ensure the highest quality care is provided to members. Monitor Objectives and Key Results ( OK - Rs ), ensuring centers meet financial, operational, growth and member care goals. Foster a culture of collaboration, accountability, and continuous improvement among the operational teams. Use effective assessment/analytical skills and action planning to expedite the center's ability to meet financial objectives by achieving or exceeding targeted census goals and effective expense management.
