The Clinical Pharmacy Coordinator coordinates the clinical programs in the Department of Pharmacy, including but not limited to staff education, training and residency programs. Graduate of Doctor of Pharmacy Degree Program (PharmD.) Completion of Pharmacy Residency Program Minimum of three (3) year hospital experience is with progressive responsibilities, or equivalent residency experience. New York State Licensed Registered Pharmacist Proficient in Microsoft Office Applications (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) Working knowledge of Microsoft Access database software and other clinical documentation software Demonstrated skills in conflict resolution...Night Shift, Pharmacy, Clinical, Medicine, Night, Emergency, Healthcare
