Base pay range

$120,000.00/yr - $140,000.00/yr

• Conduct operational and financial audits focusing on various banking operations.
• Participate actively in a smaller team environment for audit processes.
• Develop comprehensive workpapers for audit projects.
• Understand general banking concepts and applicable regulations.
• Prepare audit reports and communicate findings effectively.
• Document business systems and processes efficiently.
• Stay updated with industry trends and emerging risks.

Key Responsibilities

• Assist in preparing high-quality audit documentation.
• Execute testing procedures and draft audit reports.
• Communicate audit observations to management.
• Identify risks and recommend improvements for controls.
• Follow up on open audit issues to ensure resolution.
• Engage in department-wide initiatives and seek additional responsibilities.

Qualifications

• 5-10 years of professional auditing or comparable experience.
• Bachelor's degree in Business, Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
• Experience in all aspects of the audit lifecycle.
• Strong project and time management skills.
• Ability to multi-task and prioritize deliverables.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office software.
• Preferred certifications: Certified Internal Auditor (CIA), Certified Public Accountant (CPA), Certified Fraud Examiner (CFE).
