Job Title: Buckeye Link Training Analyst

Department: Strategic Enrollment | Buckeye Link

The Buckeye Link Training Analyst is responsible for developing and facilitating training for new staff and upskilling current staff to ensure excellent service to prospective students, current students, parents, alumni, staff, and constituents. The role includes onboarding new counselors, identifying process improvements, updating knowledge bases, and serving as a subject matter expert.

Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:

  • Assessing training needs among staff and new hires.
  • Onboarding and providing ongoing training for Buckeye Link Counselors.
  • Evaluating counselor job readiness and providing additional support as needed.
  • Maintaining content in knowledge management systems and updating chatbot content and email templates.
  • Providing consultation and resolving complex cases independently.
  • Coaching staff and reviewing progress with managers.
  • Training staff on the student information system and Salesforce.
  • Enhancing operational policies and serving as a liaison with other offices.
  • Participating in committees to improve policies and procedures.
  • Supporting the office during peak periods.
Qualifications

Required: Bachelor's degree or equivalent, 4 years of relevant experience, knowledge of university policies and federal/state regulations, professional judgment.

Desired: Advanced degree, 4-8 years of experience.

Additional Information

The pay range is $70,100 - $91,600. The offer will be within this range based on qualifications and budget.

Location: Student Academic Services (0160)

Position Type: Regular, 40 hours/week, First Shift
